Day1: Arrival to Marrakech

Welcome to Morocco!

After landing and going through customs/immigration at Marrakech-Menara (RAK) airport, you will be met by your private driver who will be holding a sign with your name on it. He will transfer you directly to Kasbah Bab Ourika in the Atlas Mountains.

Settle in to your room and explore the grounds! Dinner tonight will be at the Kasbah’s restaurant.

Day2: Trekking and exploring the natural landscapes of Ourika valley

After a traditional breakfast your driver will take you to Setti Fatma is a scenic village nestled at the end of the Ourika valley. There is a river passing through and several waterfalls. You can enjoy a traditional Berber Tagine next to the river after the hike.  

Head to the Kasbah’s spa for the hammam and massage before going for diner.

Day3: Explore the rich culture of Atlas mountains   

After breakfast, you’ll start by an easy hike of exploring the Traditional Salt Production at Taourirte, one of the last salt miners of Morocco. You will then visit the Village passing by the little fields of olives, plums and vegetable gardens.

After your driver will take you to Le Paradis du Saffran where you’ll have a local lunch overlooking the high Atlas Mountains . Here you will be introduced to various bio-aromatic plants, take in the saffron fields and walk barefoot along her beautiful walking trail, with herbal baths and an organic argan oil experience for your feet . There is also a cute shop here curated by owner Christine, featuring the best local products from the region.

Day4: Marrakech immersion

After breakfast, your local city guide will meet you at your riad and show you all around Marrakech. Your tour will include visits to some of the important monuments of the Red City such as Bahia Palace, Ben Yousef Madrassa, and/or Koutoubia Mosque. In between these important site, you’ll explore the various artisanal sections of the souks where people have practiced their crafts for centuries. 

Your tour will end after lunch. You’ll have the rest of the day free to continue exploring Jemaa el F’na in the late afternoon – have tea at one of the cafe’s overlooking the square to watch it come alive as the sun goes down.

Day5: Marrakech-Departure

After breakfast you will be transferred to the Airport to catch your flight.
