During this experience, you will stay in a riad in Chefchaouene. If you would like to sleep in the mountains, we would recommend a high quality lodge, not accessible by car but defintly a good experience to have.

What to See and Do

Beautifully perched beneath the raw peaks of the Rif, Chefchaouen is one of the prettiest towns in Morocco. You will be surprised by the surreal impression it leaves. Artsy, blue-washed facades, the city feels like its own world. Long known for the easy availability of cannabis as you will find its production behind the surrounding mountains.

Don’t hesitate to stroll through its alleys to mingle with the locals and take in the smells of everyday life. You won’t miss the Kasbah in the middle if the historic district surrounded by a beautiful garden and close by the town’s museum where you could find its collection of antique weapons and textiles.

Only few miles from the city, discover paradise for hikers as the surrounding mountains are full of tempting walking trails. Let yourself guided by a heart minded person from this region, entirely different from the rest of Morocco. Depending on your physical condition we will take you to waterfalls and natural pools while having so much fun. We won’t forget to take you eating a typical tagine ordered during the morning and cooked in the middle on the mountains with organic vegetables.

Far away from touristic circuits, for those in more adventurous spirit get ready to be taken on a hike to astonishing places in the middle of cannabis plantations while sharing a cup of tea with workers in there. On the way back, you will only need your swimsuit to swim from a natural pool to another until getting back to reality.
